FEM. actively encourages and supports young women in their personal and professional development: through impactful partnerships with businesses and academic institutions, exclusive networking opportunities, and thought-provoking events.
Through our work throughout the year, we hope to inspire others, spark new ideas, and drive real change, whilst staying true to our core values.

On January 24, 2026 the Jürgen Weber Auditorium filled up once again: keynotes by Melanie Kreis and Lisa Komischke, a fireside chat with Erich Vad, panels with leaders from finance, consulting, and industry, and a Gala evening to close it out.
