We store your name, email and university in a private Google Sheet that only the FEM team
can open, so we can email you once when Summit 2027 tickets go live. If that is briefly
unreachable, your entry is kept with our website host Netlify instead. Nothing else is done
with it, and it is never shared with partners or sponsors. The list is deleted after the summit. To have your entry removed earlier, write to
marlene.baetzel@whu.edu.
